A COMMITMENTto our land

Our soils are not just our working tool, heritage, and history — they are above all the guarantee of the quality of our wines. For eight generations, our viticultural practices have been aimed at preserving them.

  • Sheep to naturally fertilize the soil
  • Trees to maintain wildlife balance
  • Bees to support biodiversity
  • Cover crops to restore soil symbiosis
  • Music to stimulate vine growth
  • Weather stations to adapt our practices
  • Recycling to encourage action
  • Organic farming to honor our commitments

These are our pledges!

These initiatives, designed to reduce our carbon footprint and environmental impact, also help us optimize grape quality, ensuring we always produce better wines.

Our goal is to produce excellent wines while maintaining a strong ecological, human, and economic conscience. From vine cultivation to commercialization, we are fully committed.

QUALITY& Consistency

In viticulture, preparing for the future often requires a careful look at the past. Winemakers since 1826, our guarantee of quality and consistency comes from experience — winemaking know-how passed down through generations for nearly 200 years.

  • Over the years, we have preserved traditional production methods while embracing technological advances that improve our winemaking processes. Techniques such as tri-berry sorting, tangential filtration, and temperature-controlled vats have gradually been incorporated into our cellar to ensure wines of the highest quality and consistency.

OUR PARTNERSfrench & family

“Surrounded by conscientious producers and partners, we value simplicity, conviviality, and good products.” — Marc Médeville

As historic local players in the Bordeaux region, we prioritize supporting the local economy by collaborating with nearby family-run businesses.

As such, 70% of our suppliers are located within 12 km radius. In addition to supporting the local economy, these privileged collaborations help us preserve traditional family know-how while reducing our environmental impact.”

More than just sourcing the resources we need, we are committed to supporting short supply chains by building regular partnerships with local producers and clubs.
