All produced from late harvests, carried out in several passes (also called successive selections), our sweet white wines from the right bank (Cadillac and Premières Côtes) and the left bank (Sauternes) are mainly made from the Sémillon grape variety. Very sensitive to the fungus Botrytis Cinerea (noble rot), they offer ample, fleshy and generous wines.
