Sémillon, Sauvignon, and Muscadelle are the historic varieties of Bordeaux white wines. Fresh and aromatic, Sauvignon dominates the blend of our dry white wines from the right bank (Bordeaux and Entre-Deux-Mers). For our Graves wines (left bank), we prefer Sémillon, which brings volume and roundness to our wines.
