It was the first wine produced by Jérôme Médeville over 200 years ago.
It was the first wine bottled by Numa Médeville over 120 years ago.
It remains and will remain the flagship of our production.
This wine is made from Sémillon, Sauvignon, and Muscadelle, selected over 200 years ago and planted on the finest plots of Château Fayau.
Hand-harvested by successive selections between September and November, the wine is vinified and refined over many months in our underground cellars.
