The rosés and clarets are made from a subtle blend of red grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc). Mostly produced by direct pressing, these wines are low in tannin, fresh and fruity, offering aromas of strawberries, cherries and raspberries on the palate.
